CM Punjab Rahmat Card
The Chief Minister of Punjab has introduced the CM Punjab Rahmat Card initiative under the Zakat & Ushr Department. This social protection program is designed to provide a one-time financial assistance of Rs. 100,000 to eligible widows and completely parentless (double-parent) orphans across all 36 districts of Punjab.
Although online systems such as web portals and mobile applications are available, many eligible citizens face difficulties due to limited internet access or digital literacy. To address this issue, the government has also introduced a formal offline registration system through physical centers.
